Our services

Drinking water

We treat, store, and deliver water to your tap, and we test it on a regular schedule to meet state and federal standards.

Sewer collection

We maintain the mains and lift stations that carry wastewater from your home or business to treatment.

Meters and backflow

We read and replace meters, and we track backflow prevention devices that protect the public water supply.

New connections

Building a new home or business in the district? Contact us before you dig to plan your tap and service line.

Report a problem

Call us if you see water running in a street, notice low pressure or discolored water, or have a sewer backup. Check your own plumbing first: if the backup is only in one fixture, the clog is likely on your side of the property line.

Water is brown or cloudy

Run a cold tap for a few minutes. If it doesn't clear, call us. Discoloration often follows hydrant flushing or a main repair.

Sewage is backing up into my home

Stop using water, keep people and pets away from the affected area, and call right away. We'll check the main.

I think I have a leak on my property

Turn off all fixtures and look at your meter. If the dial still moves, you have a leak after the meter.

After-hours emergency line

Main breaks and sewer backups, any hour.

Common questions

Who is responsible for the sewer line to my house?

The district maintains the main in the street. You maintain the service line from the main to your building.

Why did my bill go up?

Usage, seasonal irrigation, and a leak on your property are the usual causes. Compare your meter reading to your bill, then call us.

Can I water my lawn during a drought?

Watering rules change with conditions. We post any restrictions in the status bar at the top of this page.
